Ltd. for the servicing of your battery, we conduct our business with the highest standards of integrity and want to ensure complete transparency on our operations and the expectations you should have for your experience with our repacking services.

• By placing an order for a repacking service, you agree to our Terms & Conditions regarding repacking.
• All repacking services are subject to a non-refundable 15% deposit included in the price. This is to ensure our business expenses are covered in the event that the repack has not succeeded due to circuitry issues, charger issues or can not take place for any given reason after the order has been made.
• All possible steps are taken to ensure that the battery will be functional and in better than new condition however we can not guarantee every time that the battery will function due to the existing battery management system/circuit board, if you find that your battery does not function after receiving it back from us, the battery can be mailed to us under warranty (postage will be paid by us if and when we diagnose the battery as faulty).
• If a return of the battery casing/circuitry is requested after the order has been refunded, the casing/circuitry can be returned at the customer’s expense any way the customer wishes to receive, due to safety and liability concerns, we can not rebuild the faulty battery with the with the previously removed, expired cells.
