We suggest an Australia Post satchel which includes tracking, is the best method to post to us and these packs are safe to post.
On receipt of your Hoover Battery we will replace the cells with NEW longer lasting
SAMSUNG 2.5Ah Li-Ion cells and post it back to you.
We will send out your repacked Vortex Pro battery within 2 working days of receiving it.
12 month warranty on the battery and lifetime warranty on the workmanship – if the pack is dropped causing any breakage to the connecting material between the cells rendering the battery unusable we’ll fix any such damage free of charge excluding postage.
These cells are a TRUE 2.5Ah capacity and not your typical overstated product found elsewhere online. We understand your vacuum batteries are heavily relied upon and it is our mission to ensure that your working experience with our batteries and services is second to none.
