After receiving your battery, we will do our best to preserve the integrity of the original casing while we open it to access the internal battery pack.

The original battery pack will then be carefully disconnected and replaced with brand new, high quality cells using the same equipment and processes that would have been used in the original manufacturing.

After the battery has been assembled, the casing is then sealed shut using a variety of methods depending on the battery pack.

Due to the nature of the service there can sometimes be visible evidence of cutting or gluing on the casings. Rest assured your now better than new quality battery is 100% safe to use.

Finally, a warranty sticker is fixed to the battery pack, enabling you to see when it was repacked and allowing you to claim warranty should the need for a repair/replacement arrise.
