We are pleased to offer shipping services for both new and refurbished/repacked batteries and products to customers within Australia at no additional cost on orders over $100. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the nature of the order, your location and the size and weight of your order.
For new orders, we strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Refurbished/repacked battery orders require additional processing time, which can range from 3-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We use a variety of shipping carriers including Australia Post and various couriers depending on the product. Repacked batteries will be return posted via Australia Post.
Battery Shipping Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, we are unable to ship certain types of batteries including lithium batteries via air transportation. Orders containing these types of batteries may take longer to process and ship and may require transportation via ground only. Customers will be notified of any shipping complications that occur due to the battery type.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care to ensure that your order is packaged securely and arrives safely however, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us if you haven’t received your order or within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can assist you in resolving any issues.
