• Power-Packed Batteries Pty. Ltd. does not offer refunds for ‘simple change of mind’
• Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase when looking for a refund. Any returns after this point will not be accepted.
  
• Returns for refund: new items must be unused, and in a brand new condition and in original packaging where possible. Any problems direclty related to products used in an intened manner are covered by manufacturer or supplier’s warranty period*.
• Power-Packed Batteries reserve the right to determine if a product has been misused or neglected and therefore refuse a refund under these terms.
• Power-Packed Batteries reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item has been installed or used by the customer, then returned after.
• Power-Packed Batteries is not responsible for any freights cost or damages that may be incurred with relation to return items 
• Power-Packed Batteries has the right to first repair or replace the item (if faulty) and the item will be returned to you as the customer at the expense of Power-Packed Batteries if indeed found faulty. (If posted to us, return postage for original assessment by Power-Packed Batteries is to be paid by the customer).
• If refunds are approved, they will be processed via the same method as the original payment (and processed via the website for online orders)
• We suggest to contact us on 08 8388 0669 or 0473 213 958 to first discuss any return items prior to sending them.
• Repacks are only eligible for return on the basis that the repack itself has been assessed to be faulty and can not be fixed or replaced with an equivalent, working battery.

If you are not satisfied for any reason we are more than willing to work with you towards a solution, we’re only happy when our customers are happy.

* Warranty may vary product-to-product.
