We suggest an Australia Post satchelĀ which includes tracking, is the best method to post to us and these packs are safe to post.
On receipt of your GEB221 Battery we will replace the cells with NEW longer lasting
cells and post it back to you.
We will send out your repacked battery within 2 working days of receiving it.
12 month warranty on the battery and lifetime warranty on the workmanship – if the pack is dropped causing any breakage to the connecting material between the cells rendering the battery unusable we’ll fix any such damage free of charge excluding postage.
